 How the upgrade engine works was unclear. I was expecting XHR calls.
 Instead, there's an iframe. I still don't know how the iframe content is
 updated as the installs happen.

 Perhaps it would make sense for the upgrade page to fetch in-progress
 status from the server and use that for page content.
