 Yesterday, at WordCamp, I created a slightly more elaborate patch. It
 removes the extra title attributes and passes a message to decrementCount
 containing the localized string.

 Unfortunately, the string is incorrect and contains only the original
 number of updates needed (it doesn't decrement).
