 Nice one. I think there is no need for {{{addReplyTo}}} also {{{From}}}
 and {{{FromName}}} are already set above in the code.
 Added constants into {{{wp-config-sample.php}}}
 Using SMTP is good on shared hosts, more flexible to avoid hosts mail
 server been blacklisted.
