 We are. But the first place to report and troubleshoot such issues is the
 support forums, because it must be proved, that the bug is in core, and
 not an issue with the theme or a plugin.

 pages-wont-load-after-39-install, let's keep the discussion there first,
 until we're sure that it's a bug in core.
