 and screenshots above.

 I added a lot more default colours (inspired by Google Docs) and you can
 now choose custom colours with iris and save them per blog.

 I could replace it partly with `<input type="color" ... >` for browsers
 that support it. Next version maybe. Lots of room for improvement. :)
