 Resolved this issue in TinyMCE. The code did only handle the Windows
 clipboard case where the <!--StartFragment--> and <!--EndFragment--> is
 places around the body of clipboard contents. On Mac when pasting tables
 it's added inside the table to the start of the table gets chopped of.
