 One situation in which this is useful is when your theme doesn't add
 `width: 100%;` for `table` in `editor-style.css`. I'd be really difficult
 if you can't put you cursor in one of the table cells. That doesn't make
 it the right solution though.

 If the theme sets the `width: 100%;`, the horizontal and diagonal scaling
 boxes are useless.

 Scaling boxes would also be useful if you could align tables, but
 currently that's not possible.
