 Hello Julie! Thank you for the report.

 As mentioned in comment 3, your screenshots still have a plugin activated.
 You should see if you still have an issue with all plugins deactivated.
 Specially, there are no "text modules" in WordPress.

 I recommend trying the [http://wordpress.org/support/ support forums] for
 help with this issue.
