 On update-core.php, compatibility is not being displayed correctly. Take
 Akismet as an example. I'm being shown this:

 details.
 Compatibility with WordPress 3.8.3: 100% (according to its author)
 Compatibility with WordPress 3.9: Unknown
 }}}


 But Akismet is set as compatible up to 3.9. All other plugins are also set
 as unknown compatibility with 3.9, even if they are listed as compatible.
