 Could not reproduce neither by setting `before_widget` and `after_widget`
 to an empty string, nor by omitting them completely.

 I was, however, able to get a similar error by setting them to false.
 Although it's not a valid value, I'm wondering if there are themes that do
 the same. A search through a copy of the repository did not produce any
 results.
