 Tested [attachment:27767-03.patch] and it works so far. I agree to gcorne
 , that we have to add some docs here. Will do also some more tests.

 `wp_get_sidebars_widgets ()` has a filter `sidebars_widgets`, I think for
 consistency we should have it in `get_sidebars_widgets()` too.
