 I've tested and can confirm this is the case.

 [attachment:mu-symlinks.diff] resolves symlinked MU plugins or single file
 plugins. I'm not sure if that's necessary as far as `plugins_url()`, but
 if it doesn't cause problems it might be good for consistency.
