 [25616] was done after reviewing each instance to ensure there were no
 typos.

 The only issues were a few dirname() calls when ABSPATH could be used
 instead, isolated to wp-admin/revison.php wp-admin/options-permalink.php
 wp-admin/themes.php wp-admin/widgets.php. Nice work.
