 [attachment:22704_hg_bzr.diff] also disables auto updates for hg/bzr
 working copies (in addition to the already disabled svn and git).

 As per [http://make.wordpress.org/core/2013/09/24/automatic-core-
 updates/#comment-10495 this suggestion] from @mikeschinkel.

 Not quite sure of the potential performance impact of adding an additional
 2 file_exists() calls.
