 As noted in [comment:15:ticket:25170], `get_attached_file()` returns the
 path to where an attachment ''should be'' and grokking the source shows no
 indication the function would ever return false.

 Attached patch updates the `get_attached_file()` phpdoc to reflect the
 above.
