 Oh, my beloved Firefox. .focusin() and .focusout() happily apply to child
 elements, so I simplified it in [attachment:21334.10.diff]. There's also a
 little CSS consolidation in there, although I might handle that in a
 separate ticket regarding this lame .row-actions vs. .row-actions-visible
 thing we have going on.
