Comment:

 I don't know how useful this filter really is as it stands - you're going
 to be string replacing or [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1732348
 /regex-match-open-tags-except-xhtml-self-contained-tags/1732454#1732454
 regex-ing HTML] and praying no other filters are there. It should pass the
 original `$selection` for context, probably, so one could just wrap that
 with whatever.
