 Okay, so, `ext-mysql` becomes a suggestion, and `ext-curl` should be a
 suggestion as well. Given that:
  * I need a patch that adds a composer.json file.
  * There should be a repository somewhere on GitHub that operates as a
 composer installer for WordPress core. At some point we could decide
 whether to transfer it to the WordPress account.
