Comment:

 I'm marking this ticket as a duplicate of #21506.

 This ticket is not for inserting items into the template. #21506 is.

 This ticket, rather, is about Google Analytics asynchronous tracking code,
 which for some time recommended (for IE6/7 support, I guess) that the
 script be inserted immediately after `<body>`. All documentation now
 clearly says this belongs just before `</head>`. See also
