 From a technical standpoint, [https://github.com/rmccue/WP-Parser/pull/28
 WP-Parser#28] is tracking the implementation. For conditionals, you should
 be able to put it before the entire conditional, and likewise for embedded
 HTML, as it just holds on to the tag until the next action/filter it sees.
