 There is a bug in the SimplePie shipped with WordPress 3.6 that manifests
 itself when trying to use `set_image_handler()`. I've submitted a pull
 request for it on GitHub and @ryanmccue

 merged it] into the SimplePie source and suggested posting a trac ticket
