 @wycks: There are a number of suggestions all rolled up in your
 screenshot. Can you break those out into individual things to improve trac
 and file tickets for each of them in the
 [http://meta.trac.wordpress.org/newticket?component=Trac meta trac]?

 I'm going to resolve this as invalid because there's too many different
 things here, some of which we'll likely say "no" to (like the admin bar).
 But others are interesting (improving the nav bar and its separation from
 content) and you should file them.
