 should add a new `WP_Http_Fsockopen::request()` function that calls
 `_doing_it_wrong()`, and then calls the parent
 `WP_HTTP_Streams::request()` method?

 That way we are notifying/warning developers who are currently calling the
 deprecated`WP_Http_Fsockopen` class directly.
