 Some Test domains with various certificates & SNI status are available on
 http://testssl.disig.sk/index.en.html

 The script (from cURL) to create `wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt`
 is available in the cURL sources here:
 https://github.com/bagder/curl/blob/master/lib/mk-ca-bundle.pl?source=cc

 This commit differs partially from previously uploaded patches, so please
 review.
