 1. Ideally logos and other content would use an <img> tag. If CSS
 backgrounds have to be excluded a {{{/* @noflip */}}} comment can be
 inserted before them for CSSJanus.

 2. Yes. {{{background-position:right 12px top 0%;}}} will position the
 '''right''' edge of the image 12px from the '''right''' edge of the
 containing block.
