 * Changes `get_avatar()` back to the old signature, with a new optional
 fifth `$args` argument, and changes the PHPDoc to match
 * Re-adds some arguments that were accidentally removed from the PHPDoc
 for `get_avatar()`
 * Fixes a PHP warning when there's no email hash available
