 I can see that the title attribute has been removed from the anchor tag
 when using the '''wp_get_attachment_link''' function - this was caused in
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/25570]

 We display the titles of the attachments in a lightbox preview in some of
 our themes and now they are missing.
