Comment:

 Reworked [attachment:theme_doc.diff] in [attachment:25732.diff].

 Notable changes:
 * Added missing parameter descriptions
 * Since `$args` is cast to an object before the first filter is evaluated,
 all resulting evaluations of `$args` as parameters were changed to the
 type `object`
 * Reworked the the short descriptions per the suggested language found in
 the [http://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/inline-documentation-
 standards/php-documentation-standards/#documenting-tips Documenting Tips]
 in the inline docs standards.
