 The About screen has an unintentional hardcoded reference to "3.7":

 > Thank you for updating to WordPress 3.7! You might not notice a thing,
 and we’re okay with that.

 As per IRC discussion, we'll do a `str_replace()` to change this for
 maintenance releases while avoiding a string change.
