 This isn't final, but is most likely the approach that is being taken.
 Currently it only trusts the current GoDaddy root CA's (as we currently
 use a SSL certificate from them), however we're also likely to add another
 trusted authority for redundancy purposes.

 It'll reduce the number of certificates we allow to sign communication
 from 144, down to a handful.
