 And with that, this ticket is done. '''New tickets please''' for any
 issues that crop up. Please let me know if I've missed anything spelled
 out here.

 I'll note that one of dimadin's potential future improvements was "On
 unistallation of plugin/theme, associate language files should be deleted
 too." This is a mess, see [attachment:18200.3.diff​]. Essentially, we're
 not going to act on this for now. (If someone wanted to create a ticket,
 they could.) If we wanted to, we could clear up unused language files on a
 future update, so it isn't a pressing issue right now.
