 In 25281.4.patch:
 - Merge the latest changes from the TinyMCE 3.x branch.
 - Further reduce calls to tinyMCEPopup.restoreSelection() in IE by using
 directly editor.execCommant() instead of tinyMCEPopup.execCommant().
 - Remove the deprecated `execCommand("mceBeginUndoLevel");`.
