 I think this might actually be generated by the function {{{touch_time}}},
 located at line 627 of {{{wp-admin/includes/template.php}}}. I have a
 patch going that works fine for me but might need some help, esp. with the
 translation side of things - but I'll attach it here so it can be improved
 upon (by yourself, Sharon, or anyone else who wants to improve it).
