 Attaching screenshot and patch. This may be related to #26184

 What happened: On-dropdown, the arrows are blue, even if you haven't
 hovered.

 What I expected to happen: Arrows are grey until hover, then blue on hover
 only.

 Possible fix: Add 'color: inherit;' to wp-includes/css/admin-bar.css for
 "#wpadminbar .menupop .menupop > .ab-item:before"

 May also be needed for "#wpadminbar .ab-top-secondary .menupop .menupop >
 .ab-item:before"
