 Within the Attachment Details and Attachment Display Settings section of
 the Add Media panel, there are a number of different text strings that
 have insufficient color contrast. These are:

 * The two headings: Attachment Details and Attachment Display Settings
 * The upload date and pixel dimensions for the file
 * The labels for the various form fields

 A screenshot is attached which highlights the affected text.

 WCAG guidelines state that contrast between text and its background should
 be at least 4.5:1.

 Darker text (eg of a colour of # 666) should be employed
