 The position of the resize handle on the post content editor jumps when
 switching between text and visual editors.

 It seemed more robust to use absoloute positioning to correctly align the
 handle.

 Also tested, and made adjustments for when used in "Press This" window,
 and when the editor is used elsewhere in the admin (eg meta box)
