 The widgets.php page requires some editing for style and consistency. This
 includes:
 - shortened sentences
 - removal of inconsistent use of "Use this widget"
 - standardisation of full stop usage. Currently it's sometimes used for
 contextual help and sometimes not. On other admin pages, contextual help
 usually has a full stop.
 - capitalisation of Posts and Pages (note: Posts and Pages are more
 commonly capitalised, while categories and tags are not. It would make
 sense to have consistency in terms of capitalisation across WP's
 components)
