 according to HTML5 specs, [http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/text-level-
 semantics.html#the-cite-element the cite element] represents "the title of
 a work" and should not be used for the author of the quote.
 Moreover, about [http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/CR-html5-20130806/grouping-
 content.html#the-blockquote-element the blockquote element]: "Attribution
 for the quotation, if any, must be placed outside the blockquote element."
 In theme-unit-test-data.xml the cite element is incorrectly used for
 authors and (sometimes) inside blockquotes.
