 23907.7.diff​ is a combined patch with unit tests and it is now limited to
 da_DK.

 The Danish community is happy with this solution. If there is still
 disagreement in the Norwegian or Swedish communities I suggest that they
 discuss it with their translation teams.

 For now we have an optimal solution da_DK
