 There are a number of instances of insufficient colour contrast in the
 admin dashboard screen. The ones spotted so far are:

 * Recently published date in Activity box
 * 'From and 'on' text in Comments part of Activity box
 * The numbers of Pending, Spam, etc comments in the Activity box
 * Placeholder text in Quick Draft input fields
 * Dates of any drafts stored
 * Date and excerpt text in WordPress News box
 * 'Popular plugins' text in WordPress News section

 I have attached a screenshot file.
