 26074.patch looks good to me too. Feedback for the breakpoints is great.

 [attachment:26074-na.patch 26074-na.patch] removes the Screen Options:
 Columns in Network Admin's Dashboard. My testing shows the responsiveness
 to match the single site Dashboard as expected.
