 Duplicate of #25743.

 The copy/paste error was fixed in [25965] and we're no longer introducing
 `@uses` tags per the [http://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/inline-
 documentation-standards/php-documentation-standards/#phpdoc-tags inline
 documentation standards]
