 The following two patches should be ready to commit:

 [attachment:24977.bring_back_font_localisation.diff] Brings back font
 localization in wp-admin. Tahoma for RTL, with the exclusion of he_IL
 [attachment:24977.stop_using_dot_rtl_class.diff] Removes .rtl classes and
 use full rtl files instead
