 [attachment:26033.patch] should fix this.

 The current check doesn't make sense to me. It just assumes that if there
 are less than 24 hours until the scheduled publish time, it's "today". If
 24 to 48 hours, it's "tomorrow". It doesn't take actual dates into
 account.
