 I am running Google Chrome Version 30.0.1599.114 on latest Kubuntu and I
 have issues with headlines on wordpress.org website.

 It appears that this css rule is causing the issue:

 {{{
 #headline h2 {
 text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;
 }
 }}}

 When set to "auto" instead of "optimizeLegibility" it no longer has such
 issue.
 I can confirm that the issue is not happening in latest FF on the same OS.
