 Bear in mind we'll only be outputting rules that relate to rewrites (see
 [attachment:18852.3.patch] for example). Any other config such as
 `fastcgi-pass` are not part of the rules that WordPress will generate.

 I think @nacin was going to see if he could speak to a sysadmin at
 wordpress.com to review the rules in the most recent patch. Did you get
 anywhere with that nacin?
