 The problem is that the toolbar height is needed in CSS, which has no
 means of providing a value that's reusable elsewhere, unlike PHP and JS.

 If we don't want to keep the `mp6` body class around, the best we can do
 is introduce a more semantic class name, such as `mp6-admin-bar` to go
 along with our current `admin-bar`.
