 Added a patch based on the latest code on GitHub. I added a `wpdb_drivers`
 filter in `wpdb::set_driver()` to allow someone to shove another slug in
 there. I ran unit tests with each driver, everything works.

 Feedback more than welcome, just wanted to get the ball rolling.
