 Now that MP6 is in core, we need to account for its admin bar size always,
 and can't rely on the mp6 body class (although, this will probably be an
 issue for ''a lot'' of sites, might be worth keeping the mp6 body class
 around so that themes can give the appropriate handling with the admin bar
 regardless of WordPress version).
