 This pertains to tickets regarding termmeta: 19048, 10142, 5183.

 I understand that they were closed; however, there already exists a
 termmeta table. The only thing holding it back from being used is that
 lines 208, 209 of wp-includes/wp-db.php is missing 'termmeta'.

 Can this be included?
